Amaretto chocolate pudding ingredients

  • 1 3.4 ounce bo (cook and
  • -serve) chocolate pudding
  • Mix
  • 2 oz Semisweet chocolate, finely
  • -chopped
  • 1 1⁄2 c Plus 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 7 T Amaretto liqueur
  • 1⁄2 c Chilled whipping cream
  • 1 T Sugar

Cooking Amaretto chocolate pudding

1. Pour dry chocolate pudding mix into heavy medium saucepan.
2. Add chopped semisweet chocolate.
3. Gradually mix in milk and 6 tbsp.
4. amaretto liqueur.
5. Stiri pudding over medium heat until chocolate melts and pudding comes to boil and thickens.
6. Divide pudding equally among four ¾-cup ramekins or custard cups.
7. Refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour.
8. Whipi cream, sugar and remaining 1 tbsp.
9. amaretto in small bowl until stiff peaks form.
10. Top chilled puddings with large dollop of whipped cream.
11. Garnishi with raspberries and chocolate curls, if desired.
