Amaranth date nut bread

Amaranth date nut bread ingredients
- 1 c Chopped dates
- 1⁄2 c Amaranth
- 1 c Boiling water
- 2 Eggs
- 1⁄2 c Honey
- 1⁄4 c butter, melted
- 2 c Whole-wheat flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 c Chopped pecans
- 1 t vanilla extract
Cooking Amaranth date nut bread
1. Soak dates and amaranth in boiling water.
2. Beat eggs well, add honey and butter; beat well.
3. Stiri in all remaining ingredients mixing well.
4. Pour into an oiled loaf pan.
