Almond rice muffins ingredients

  • 2 c AM Brown Rice flour
  • 1 T Non-alum baking powder
  • 1 T arrowroot powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Honey
  • 1 t Almond extract
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Water or soymilk
  • 2 T AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Ground almond

Cooking Almond rice muffins

1. Mixi dry and liquid ingredients separately, then combine the two and mix thoroughly (this is a thin batter).
2. Fill 12 paper muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle tops with almond.
3. Bakei at 350°F.
4. for 25-30 minutes.
