Almond cookies 5

Almond cookies 5 ingredients
- 2 3⁄4 c Sifted flour
- 1 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Soda
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 c butter
- 1 Slightly Beaten Egg
- 1 t Almond extract
- 1⁄3 c Whole almonds
Cooking Almond cookies 5
1. Sifti flour, sugar, soda and salt together into bowl.
2. Cut ini butter till mixt resembles cornmeal.
3. Add egg and almond extract; mix well.
4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Place an almond atop each cookie and press down to flatten slightly.
6. Bakei at 325 °F for 15 to 18 minutes.
7. Cool on rack.
8. Makes 4 ½ doze.
