All purpose barbecue sauce ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Salad Oil
- 1⁄4 c Bourbon, sherry, or wine
- 1 pepper, freshly ground
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T garlic Powder
Cooking All purpose barbecue sauce
1. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat.
2. Marinatei in refrigerator.
3. Also use to baste meat as you cook it. Good on red meat, fish or chicken.
