Albondigas 5 ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Green chilies
- 1 bn Scallions
- 2 qt water
- 1 Canned beef broth

- 2 garlic cloves

- 2 Eggs
- 1 t Salt
- Pepper
- 1 T Masa harina

- fresh mint
Cooking Albondigas 5
1. Sautei garlic, chili, and scallions slightly in butter in large Dutch oveni.
2. Add water and beef bouillon.
3. Simmeri 15 minutes.
4. Mixi beef, garlic, tomatoes, eggs, salt, pepper, masa, and rice together gently.
5. Make tiny balls from meatmixture and add to broth with mint.
6. Let simmer 20 minutes or so.
