Alaska cod strips to dip ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Bread crumbs
- 1 T parsley, chopped
- 1⁄2 t Lemon-pepper
- 1 Eggs
- 1 T Milk
- 1⁄3 c flour
- Vegatable oil for frying
- 4 (4-6 oz's. each) Alaska cod
- -or pollock fillets
- -thawed if necessary and
- -cut into l-inch wide
- -strips
- Salt
- -Citrus Dipping Sauce
Cooking Alaska cod strips to dip
1. Tossi together bread crumbs, parsley and lemon-pepper in a shallow dish.
2. Whiski together egg and milk in a second dish.
3. Spread flour out on a third dish.
4. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Seasoni fish strips with salt.
6. Dredgei each strip in flour, shaking off excess.
7. Dip in egg mixture, and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
8. Saut fish until golden brown.
9. Serve with citrus dipping sauce.
