- 1⁄2 c Green bell pepper
- 2 garlic
- 1 c Onions
- 1⁄2 c Celery
- 16 oz Canned tomatoes
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 1⁄2 t Tabasco sauce
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 1⁄2 t Dried thyme
- Kosher salt
- Sugar
- 2 T Unsalted butter
