Aam lhassi ingredients

  • 1 c Diced fresh mango
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chilled orange juice
  • 3 T clear honey
  • 2 c Rich milk, chilled
  • 1 pn Garden rose petals, optional

Cooking Aam lhassi

1. Combine mango, orange juice & sweetener in food processor.
2. Blend for 1 ½ minutes.
3. Pour milk into processor & process till it has expanded & become frothy.
4. Add the mango puree.
5. Process for about 1 minute.
6. Pour into chilled glasses.
7. Garnishi with the rose petals if so desired.
8. Serve immediately.
