7-Up Pound Cake ingredients

  • 3 c All-purpose flour, sifted
  • 5 Eggs, large
  • 3 c Sugar
  • 1 c butter,softened (no substitutions)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Vegetable shortening
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 t vanilla extract
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t lemon extract
  • 1 c 7-Up or other lemon-lime
  • Soda

Cooking 7-Up Pound Cake

1. Calories per serving: 420 Number of Servings: 16 Fat grams per serving: 20 : Approx.
2. Cook Time: 90min Cholesterol per serving: 97 Marks: *DIRECTIONS* Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Greasei 12-cup Bundt pan. Combine flour and salt in bowl.
3. Combine remaining ingreidents except soda in large mixer bowl; beat at medium speed until ligfht and fluffy, scraping sides occasionally, 5 minutes.
4. Reducei speed to low; add dry ingredients and soda, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
5. Bakei 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
7. Invert onto wire rack, remove pan and cool completely.
8. Makes 16 Servings.
9. Per Servings: 420 calories, 4 gm protein, 20 gm fat, 57 gm carbohydrates, 173 mg sodium, 97 mg cholesterol.
