.357 magnum chili ingredients
- 1 lb Pork, ground lean
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb chuck, ground
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Onion, chopped
- 1 lb Green pepper, chopped
- 5 c Tomatoes, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Pinto beans
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2483527⁄624973141 parsley, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 butter
- Chili powder
- 2 Salt
- 372529⁄-2009260032 Pepper
- 372529⁄-2009260032 Cumin seeds
- 372529⁄-2009260032 MSG
- 1 water
Cooking .357 magnum chili
1. Soak beans in water to cover overnight.
2. Drain, cover with cold water and simmer until beans are tender, about 1 hour.
3. Add tomatoes ans simmer 5 min longer.
4. Sautei green peppers in oil until tender, add onions and cook until tender.
5. Stiri frequently.
6. Add garlic and parsley.
7. In another skillet, melt butter and add chuck and pork.
8. Browni 15 min until crumbly.
9. Add to onion mixture and stir in chili powder.
10. Cook 10 min and add mixture to beans.
11. Seasoni with salt, pepper, cumin seeds and msg. Simmeri, covered 1 hour, then remove cover and simmer 30 minutes longer.
