    <directions>1. Recipe by: my great recipes preparation time: 0:20 trim asparagus and cut diagonally into thin slices.
2. heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, until lightly browned.
4. add asparagus, green onions, garlic and greep pepper.
5. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. add water chestnuts and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
7. blend broth, cornstarch adn soy sauce.
8. Stir into mixture.
9. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
10. Reduce heat.
11. Cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are of desired doneness.
