Spiced crab apples

Can you make spiced crab apples with the little decorator crab apples? I have a whole tree full of the little red things and really want to find a way to use them. Thanks!

I believe that you can. I am currently looking for crab apples, since it no longer seems possible to buy them canned and spiced in the stores. If the apples you have are the golf ball size, then you have the right sized apples, you may want to try a small batch and see how they taste. It's not too difficult. Good luck!
