pizza advice

Im having trouble with my crust. tonight I think the oven was too hot be cause the cheese browned but the crust didnt. over all the crust tastes bland though ive tried different recipies. Any advice?

hi, make sure the pizza

hi,

make sure the pizza tray is in the middle of the oven and top becuase it will then burn.

I get warm water and add sugar olive oil and yeast. leave for ten min then blend in the flour. wen stiff cover with olive oil and leave until it rises. i have no problem.
