Ground Fenugreek

Hi there! I have a recipe calling for ground fenugreek seeds, however I cannot find fenugreek seeds anywhere!! I have ground fenugreek already, but its in powder form.. can I use that in place of the ground seeds? Its for a Beefi Curryi. If I can substitute it, how much should I use per 1 tsp of ground seeds I need?
