cooking many hamburgers quickly

I have to cook about 100 hamburgers for a group and I have two gas grills. I want to get them out quickly, If I can. What is my best strategy...pre-cook a batch a few minutes ahead of time and save them temporarily in a steam-type warmer? I'm looking for the most efficient technique. I have two helpers.
