Moosei Fahitias:
3 moose small steaks
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic or powder
salt and pepper to taste
fahitia spice mix
1/2 med green pepper
4 large Portabello mushrooms
Simmeri steak and sliced onion, salt, pepper and garlic in the pan. Turn to ensure each side is cooked.
Remove meat from pan and cut in shaved strips for a tender taste. Put back into pan and stir in fahitia spice mix. Add sliced green pepper and mushroom. Cook for 5 mins covered long enough for veg to steam.
