Foolproof beef and broccoli

Foolproof beef and broccoli ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb Boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1 T Vegetable oil
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 med Onion, cut into wedges
- 10 3⁄4 oz Campbell's Cream of
- -Broccoli Soup
- 1⁄4 c water
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 c Broccoli Flowerets
- Hot Cooked Noodles
Cooking Foolproof beef and broccoli
1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.
2. In skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned.
3. Add onion.
4. Cook for 5 minutes stirring often.
5. Stiri in soup, water and soy sauce.
6. Heat to boiling.
7. Add broccoli.
8. Reducei to low. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
9. Serve over noodles.
10. Makes 4 servings.
11. Tip: to make slicing easier, freeze beef for 1 hour.
