Creole okra and tomatoes ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Pareve margarine
- 1 Lge. onion, minced
- 1⁄2 Bell pepper, diced
- 1 qt Sliced okra
- 4 Fresh tomatoes, coarse chop.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Creole okra and tomatoes
1. Melt margarine in large skillet or heavy pot; add onion and saute over medium heat until transparent.
2. Add belll pepper, okra, and tomatoes and season to taste.
3. Lower heat, cover, and simmer 20 min.
4. stir occasionally.
