Masala ii ingredients

  • 2 T Ground cumin
  • 1 1⁄2 T Ground coriander
  • 1 1⁄2 t Ground cardamon
  • 1⁄2 t Ground ginger
  • 1⁄2 t Ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 t Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1⁄4 t Ground cloves
  • 1⁄4 t Ground mace
  • 1⁄4 t Ground nutmeg

Cooking Masala ii

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in a cool dry place.
3. Makes ΒΌ cup. Great for use on lamb.
4. Liberal amounts of ginger and black pepper introduce the right amount of heat.
