Chicken salad with dried cherrries ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts -- poached In cubes
  • 1⁄4 c Low fat mayonnaise
  • 1⁄4 c Plain Yogurt
  • 1⁄4 c Red or green seedless grapes Halved
  • 1⁄4 c Walnut or macadamia nuts -- chopped
  • 1⁄4 c Dried cherries

Cooking Chicken salad with dried cherrries

1. Mixi mayonnaise, yogurt and chicken.
2. Add fruits and nuts.
3. Seasoni lightly with salt and pepper and serve on a bed of lettuce.
