Kentucky pecan pie 2 ingredients

  • 1 c White corn syrup
  • 1 c Packed dark brown sugar
  • 1⁄3 t Salt
  • 1⁄3 c Melted butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 large Lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 1⁄4 c Shelled Whole Pecans

Cooking Kentucky pecan pie 2

1. Combine the syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla.
2. Mixi well.
3. Add the slightly beaten eggs.
4. Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell.
5. Sprinkle pecans over all. Bakei in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
6. When cool, top with whipped cream or ice cream.
